I know some weeks it can be really hard to come up with ideas for dinner so here is a round up of some tried and tested favourites from the My Brown Paper Packages Kitchen.

The flavours in this Chorizo and Pumpkin Frittata are so delicious that I always make sure I have leftovers for lunch the next day. Another great bake is this roasted potatoes with chickpeas.

Pizza is a popular choice, though if you are looking for an alternative homemade option that is a bit healthier you could try this Cauliflower Pizza Crust. If you like this and want to enjoy more of this ‘superfood’ you might enjoy my Cauliflower Soup.
