Pickled Chillies

Pickled Chilli

 

These are really easy to make. Wash your chillies and prick them before you squash them all into a clean jar. Then simply combine 2/3 hot water with 1/3 white vinegar and a sprinkle of sugar. You can add some herbs and spices if you want to. Pour this into your jar stuffed full of chillies and you are done. Keep an eye on your liquid levels to be sure that the chillies are completely submerged or they will go bad.
