Have Passport Will Travel

I have travelled to a handful of countries and I list them here, not to boast, but to give you an overview of all the places and experiences I want to share with you. And I am of the strong belief that you cannot count a country as travelled in unless you have stopped there long enough to experience the culture and soak in your surroundings. That means that stopovers and a tour bus drive-through don’t count.

I have travelled with groups of people and independently and with my children. I am quite avid about being able to continue doing what you are passionate about after you start a family, and to me that is travel. Most people I talk to cannot believe that we would attempt to travel with kids but to be honest it hasn’t changed anything. Besides the obvious tweaks to how you travel, our passion for travel hasn’t changed, if anything it has grown, as we want to share the world with our children.
