Bruschetta
I love a good bruschetta, especially when the ingredients are fresh. And it works for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack. We make them at home with all sorts of different mixtures on top. This time it was a big chunk of sourdough rubbed with garlic and olive oil and grilled before topping with avocado, red onion, tomato, parsley, mozzarella and a splash of balsamic.
