Shipping & Handling

Your order will be sent within 1-3 business days of payment being received. My shipping days are typically Wednesday and Saturday. I will let you know when your order has been sent. Orders will be sent via regular Australia Post mail which is estimated to take 2-4 days. Should there be any reason to expect a delay you will be notified immediately. Please keep in mind that each notepad is lovingly handmade to order. I advise that if your order is urgent you may contact me to request express delivery for an additional fee. Shipping for orders under 500g is $8.95. Shipping for orders between 501g and 3kg is $13.95. All orders include FREE Gift Wrapping! For large or unusual orders you will be contacted if shipping will be more. I do not make money from postage, prices are to cover the postage, packaging and handling of your order only.

Payment Methods

I accept Paypal and credit card payments. If you are not familiar with PayPal please see their website for more information. If these payment methods are not convenient to you please contact me so we can arrange another payment method.

Refunds

Please choose carefully as I will not accept the returning of goods if you have made the wrong choice or change your mind. All sales are considered final. Products are not returnable unless faulty. I do check all products prior to sending to ensure that they are not defective. If you need to return a faulty item please contact me via email within 10 days of purchase with details and photos of the defective item. Once a refund is approved, items would need to be returned in original condition. Return shipping is payable by the customer and must be returned via a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Once received you will be provided with a voucher to use in store within 3 months. Shipping charges are not refundable. Your items are always carefully packaged. However, I cannot be held responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If you are worried about how rough your postie is and you would like to purchase insurance please let me know.

The Products

Each notepad is lovingly handmade and while all efforts are made to ensure that you receive a professionally finished product there may be some imperfections. Such is the nature of using environmentally friendly recycled products and buying handmade. I hand pick all of the other products that I sell and would not offer them if I did not think that you would like them too. After something that I don’t stock - please let me know because if I love it and there is an interest in it I may get it in stock. All care is taken to give a true and clear representation of the product on offer. However colours may differ slightly from those on screen due to differences between digital devices.
