With the increasing focus on living and eating healthy I am sure you have all heard of Bianca, if you haven’t please check out her site and bookmark it now, then come back to find out what her favourite things are.

Family

I have two adorable little people, another precious one growing inside me. A man who is crazy enough to love me and call me his wife, a Mum who doubles as a best friend and a Dad who I don’t see anything close to often enough. I could go on and on about my beautiful Aunties and fabulous cousins but I am sure you get the gist.

Friends

What’s life without friends? Those gorgeous people who love us quirks and all, who make us laugh and support us through this roller coaster ride we call life.

Food (of course!!)

I do not have a favourite. It changes with the seasons of the year and the seasons of the day. However, I am terribly fond of medjool dates, hulled tahini and sweet potato. I think if I had to I could survive fairly happily on these three delicious gifts from nature.

Fun

All of the above makes me smile and brings a bit of fun to my days. It is easy as we get older to forget to laugh, to stop seeing the silly things, to let ourselves cry with joy over foolish little stories. Fun should be part of every day. Surround yourself with people who make it happen, and if they are grumpy make it happen yourself.

Fitness

Ok, well, typically this would make the cut but for me pregnancy and exercise do not mix! So I am fantasizing about the things I hope to do once baby arrives. I will start by telling you that I am hopeless at most forms of exercise. My attempts at weights and anything to do with strength is nothing short of embarrassing, my running style leaves my husband in fits of laughter, my gymnastic abilities, well let’s just say it is all a bit of a monkey show. But still I get out there and I move because I know it makes me a happier person and therefore a better person.

Ok, I know it is just five but I have to mention the fabulous community that supports Wholefood Simply and enables me to do what I love. This team is right up there with my very favourite things and they leave me overcome with gratitude; which is another of my favourite things. Ok Malinda, I shall stop now! Thank you for having me over to your beautiful space.

Thank you for sharing Bianca and letting us all get to know you a little better. I love that all of your favourite things start with F - did anyone else pick up on that? And if I ever get stranded on an island, I hope you are there with me so you can help me create wonderful food, especially if we have medjool dates, hulled tahini and sweet potato.
