A Bunch of Dessert Recipes
Last week I shared a bunch of dinner recipes to kick start your meal planning, this week I’m sharing a bunch of dessert recipes that I have written about this year. I warn you, they are all gooey and delicious and totally irresistible.
For a completely over the top indulgence you cannot go past the combination of Toblerone & Caramel Chocolate Pudding. It is rich and satisfying in all the right ways.
This is a basic family dessert that really can be eaten any day of the week and you might want to even sneak some this Blueberry & Coconut Crumble for breakfast!
I love individual portions for desserts and these Mini Caramel Apple Streusels are delectable.
This is something with a little bit more of a sophisticated palette, I could have easily demolished a whole plate of these Ginger & Lime Whoppie Pies but I was a good girl and I shared.
This cake was made for a birthday celebration but any excuse will do for this Classic Carrot Cake with sugared pecans especially when it is layered with cream cheese icing.
This next recipe is vegan friendly, no nuts, egg free, allergy friendly, gluten free, low GI, and if you serve it in a mason jar it is totally hipster safe – so I think it is pretty safe to say that this Chocolate Tofu Mousse is the magical unicorn of desserts!
Just 2 ingredients whipped together and thrown in the freezer, this is the easiest Caramel Ice Cream you will ever make.
Which one do you want to try?
I love to see when people make my recipes so please take a photo and share it with me on Instagram or Facebook.
